Uare.ai Raises $10M Seed

Palo Alto-based Uare.ai has raised US$10.3 million in seed funding to build “Individual AIs”, digital replicas designed to mirror users’ memories, voices, and decision patterns.
Funding Details. The round was led by Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures, with participation from other investors.
Product Vision. Uare’s “Individual AIs” aim to serve as private, personal-grade digital twins for creators, prosumers, and professionals.
Growth Plans. The funds will go toward hiring, platform development, and a winter 2025 product launch.
Founder Context. CEO Robert LoCascio, who previously founded LivePerson, launched Uare after rebranding from his earlier venture Eternos.life.
If successful, Uare.ai could pioneer a new category of personal AI infrastructure, where digital identities and memories become persistent, interactive extensions of their real-world counterparts.
